• Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Product assessment: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only after the item has been personally inspected and verified to:

  - Have the original tag still attached.
  - Be returned in the packaging provided at the time of delivery.
